At Torexo, we aim to provide quality projectors and accessories. This policy explains our return, replacement, and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement if:
- Product is damaged or defective on arrival
- Product is dead on arrival
- Wrong product delivered
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Product must be unused
- Must include original box, packaging, bill, accessories
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Physical or water damage after delivery
- Items missing original accessories or packaging
- Products used or installed
4. Replacement
- Replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Refund Process
Refund is initiated:
- After product inspection
- Within 5–7 working days
Refund mode:
- Same payment method used at checkout
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.
6. Order Cancellation
Before shipping:
- You may cancel the order anytime
After shipping:
- Cancellation is not possible; you may apply for return only in eligible cases.
