- If payment fails but is deducted, the amount is refunded by the payment gateway within 3–7 working days.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled due to:

- Pricing/technical errors
- Suspicious transactions
- Incorrect user information
Full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Products are shipped across India through reliable couriers.
- Delivery time shown at checkout is estimated.
- Torexo is not responsible for courier delays.
- If the package is tampered/damaged, do not accept it.
7. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or replacement if:
- Product is damaged or defective on arrival.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product is dead on arrival.
Conditions:
- Request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused with all accessories & original packaging.
Non-eligible:
- Change of mind.
- Physical damage after use.
- Missing accessories.
Refunds take 5–7 working days after inspection.
8. Warranty
- Manufacturer warranty applies (if provided).
- Claims must be raised with the brand’s service center.
- Torexo is not responsible for delays in service.
9. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- Misuse or damage the site.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Provide incorrect information.
We may restrict users violating these terms.
